Return & Exchange Policy
Whilst we do not anticipate that there should be any cause for return of a product or gift, here is our Return Policy to outline the relevant terms and conditions should there be such a circumstance.

Our return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns are applicable only at the discretion of Crockery for Cures management.
Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/s and confirm if a refund has been approved. Your refund will then be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a timeframe determined by your financial institution. If there is a reason to reject the refund, we will be in contact to determine an alternative solution.

We are not liable for any issues associated with third-party providers, you are bound by their terms of service. With respect to our use of courier and postal services, there may be rare instances where due to unforeseen circumstances a gift is not delivered on time, is lost, or it arrives damaged from transit. In these instances whilst it remains that we are not liable, we will endeavour to address the concern satisfactorily.
